The provision of sports arbitrage opportunities through the web app Betlamma (“Service”) is provided to you (“User”) by Betlamma (“Provider”) for a contracted period of time (“Service Period”).
With your registration, you declare to have attained the minimum age required for gaming in accordance to the respective national legal system (usually 18 years of age). In addition, you agree to and accept the General Terms and Conditions, which deal with registration, paying, as well as Service in its entirety.
Risk disclosure, warranties and site availability
The Provider can in no way be held responsible for any losses or consequential losses arising from the use of this Service. The user must be aware that there are risks involved with every sports betting transaction, and the Provider does not guarantee winnings from presented odds and arbitrages. Presented odds and sports arbitrages should not be construed as betting advice.
While we strive very hard to present accurate and useful information, Betlamma makes no guarantee of the correctness of information delivered.
Our Service will display potential palpable errors. These bets may be voided by the relevant bookmaker. Please check bets advised by our Service before placing the bet in case the odds have changed since the original alert or there has been a scanning error. The User must also be aware that bookmakers have different settlement rules (including possible postponements) on various sports, which can result in voided bets and loss of stake.
Bookmaker, sport and odds coverage may decrease temporarily due to the constant changes outside of our control.
Betlamma has no responsibility for bets placed or other actions taken at bookmakers’ web sites. It is the responsibility of the User to comply with the bookmakers’ terms and conditions, and the laws and regulations in their respective country regarding gambling and sports betting.
Betlamma site and its applications, extensions and other tools related to Betlamma shall not be held accountable or liable to You or Any User of Betlamma site and its Services for any direct or indirect damages arising from its use.
There may be interruptions to the service due to technical reasons beyond the Provider’s control. If no Service is available for a period of more than 48 hours, the User’s Service Period will be extended by at least two days for every day this interruption to Service continues.
Betlamma own or license all of the content on this site and its third party features; which oresent its Intellectual Property.
The user may not download, print, share or in any other way utilise Betlamma’s Intellectual Property outside of the Betlamma website or in its third party features. Sharing of accounts or sharing of Betlamma’s Intellectual Property is a breach of terms and conditions.
The User may not sell, or pass on in any way, to any person or persons, any information supplied by the Provider. The information provided by the Provider can only be used to place bets with established bookmakers or betting exchanges. A breach of this agreement will lead to an immediate termination of Customer subscription and possible legal action.
Subscriptions and refunds
Betlamma subscriptions are non-refundable. All sales are final. A customer may cancel membership with a recurring billing subscription at any time. A cancellation means that no future payments are charged to the customer's account. The cancellation of a recurring billing product does not generate a refund - it will only stop any future payments.
All recurring subscriptions renew automatically after the initial period. The recurring subscription will renew monthly until you cancel your subscription.
Recurring subscriptions may have a retry-schedule if collection of a recurring payment fails, meaning that our payment providers may try to collect a failed recurring payment more than once.
The Provider reserves the right to immediately terminate your use of, or access to, the Service at any time if the Provider decides at its sole discretion that you have breached the Terms and Conditions or you have engaged in conduct that the Provider considers to be inappropriate or unacceptable.
You can delete your account at any time by by request through profile page or via email to email@example.com.
Permanently deleting your account removes your data and content from our databases. Make sure you understand what happens when we delete your account.
Your substription and your data will be deleted. As Betlamma subscriptions are non-refundable, you will not be able to request any refunds.
Deleting your account terminates that account’s relationship with Betlamma.
Betlamma will permanently erase your account from its databases and won’t be able to restore any of your information or content.
Links to third parties
Betlamma may contain links to third party websites or services that are not controlled by the site. Betlamma has no control and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites or services that contain links on its site, and shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss caused or alleged to be caused by the use of third party content or services.
